Every PolySquish is made from a non toxic TPR shell, sealed around a soft gel core made from maltose, a naturally occurring sugar. Both are non toxic and skin safe, made for hands of all ages. The gel is not designed to be eaten, so please keep it out of mouths and away from pets.

Because we value product safety and confidence in your purchase, every PolySquish is covered by our 30 day replacement guarantee.

If there is a problem with any PolySquish in your bundle, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement free of charge. You do not need Shipping Protection for this.

The guarantee covers a replacement rather than a refund. If you would prefer not to receive a replacement, we can offer store credit instead. Factory seconds are excluded, as they are sold with a disclosed flaw.

To make a claim, email hello@cmycubes.com with your order number or receipt of purchase and a quick photo of the problem.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD, and FREE Express Shipping on all orders $150 USD and over. Most orders are dispatched the next business day, but please allow extra time during busy periods.

Please note, customers are responsible for any local import taxes, duties, or fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery.
